Handed to our courier partner with a tracking ID, so you can follow it live.
It arrives at your address. Pay cash on delivery if that's what you chose.
Whatever's easiest for you — pay when the parcel arrives, or securely online while you check out.
Prefer to pay when it arrives? COD is available across all 64 districts. Choose it at checkout and pay the courier in cash at your door.
A small handling charge of ৳30 applies to COD orders.

For some orders we'll ring to verify your address and COD before dispatch, so keep your phone on.
Every parcel is hand-checked, wrapped against rain and packed discreetly — no branding on the outside.
Need to fix your address? Message us before dispatch and we'll update it; after dispatch we're limited by the courier.
If you're out, the courier retries and calls again — your parcel isn't returned on the first miss.
