All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example where an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred.

Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are inclusive of applicable charges unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

We accept cash on delivery, bKash, Nagad, Rocket and card payments through secure payment gateways.

By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh, typically within 1–5 working days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the products to your specified address.

Unworn items with their original tags may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return Policy.

Certain items, such as opened beauty products and pierced jewelry, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and designs — is the property of Shaz Corner or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shaz Corner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

You may cancel an order while it is still pending or being confirmed by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you may use our return and exchange policy after delivery.

We may cancel or decline an order if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if we cannot verify your delivery or payment details. If you have already paid, you will receive a full refund.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or the law. The latest version always applies to new orders, and the 'last updated' date above shows when they last changed.
